Gluten Free Dark Chocolate Banana Bread

Tonight I cooked this fabulous Gluten Free Dark Chocolate Banana Bread!

I am a fan of Starbucks and I wanted to find a recipe of their banana bread and I found this perfect recipe!

Also knowing that I removed as much as possible gluten from my diet, doing it myself I can choose the flour, cocoa, and be sure that there are no preservatives or other added product.

The recipe is just at the bottom of the image. You’ll see that everything is natural and healthy.

And what a nice smell in the house!! God help me to resist a second piece!

3 organic ripe bananas
2 organic eggs
½ cup organic Vanilla greek yogurt
⅓ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup Gluten Free Flour {Cloud 9}
½ cup Rodelle dark cocoa powder
½ cup chocolate chips Dairy-free, nut-free, soy-free {Enjoy Life}
½ cup pecan

1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F/180˚C.

2. In a medium bowl, mash bananas. Mix eggs, yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and baking soda into mixture.

3. Add GF flour, GF dark cocoa powder and mix.

4. Add chocolate chips and gently fold into mixture.

5. Pour the batter into a greased 9×5-inch bread pan.

Bake for about 45 mins, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the middle of the bread.

(Baking times may vary, so keep an eye on the bread.)

6. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving!
