Gluten Free Chocolat cake with Whipped Cream

Today I baked this fabulous cake! In addition to being Gluten Free, I added a little bit of coffee to enhance the taste of cocoa.

And to finish it off! I cream it with whipped cream!

Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake Recipe


2 cups gluten-free flour

2 cups coconut sugar

3/4 cup cacao powder {Gluten Free}

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon sea salt (himalayan)

1 cup coconut or almond milk

1/2 cup melted coconut oil

2 eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 cup organic coffee


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

2. Mix flour, sugar, cacao, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.

3. Add coconut or almond milk, oil, eggs and vanilla, and mix until combined.

4. Carefully add coffee and mix until well combined.

5. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

6. Spread frosting and serve.
